Found an apartment in Munich is not so difficult ….. but expensive!
So, if you earn a lot of money it’s not a problem, but if you search for something “normal” on the market, your search could take a lot of time.
Furthermore consider that :
The most part of the apartment are rented trough agencies, who want to have a cortage (usually 2,5 x monthly rent).
You are not the only one who is searching for an apartment.
You have to provide an answer the same day.
Scammers! Avoid extreme cheaper offers (often they say they will send you the key with the post....and you have to send them money before) dont do it.
