Paulaner Hefeweißbier naturtrüb | 5.5% | 12.5º | Pale unfiltered wheat beer. Aromas of cloves, coriander and ginger, sweetish taste with clove aroma, more cloves and basil in the finish. Archetypal wheat beer with lots of cloves - exactly what you would expect from the style. |

Paulaner Hefeweißbier kristallklar | 5.5% | 12.4º | Pale filtered wheat beer.
Paulaner Roggen | 5.3% | 12.5º | Unfiltered dark rye beer - made from barley, wheat and rye malt. Caramel, raisin, lemon and giner aroma; sweetish taste wityh ginger, wheat and toffee aromas; creamy, peppery liquorice finish. An odd beer with no wheat beer spiciness, but some ginger flavour from the rye. I found that the flavour improved as it got flatter. |

Paulaner Diät Bier | 4.3% | 8.5º | Pale lager.
Paulaner Premium Pils | 4.9% | 11.5º | Pils. Spicy bitter aroma, sweetish/bitterish taste with spice and pepper aromas, bitter finish with spice and flowers. Good spicy hop flavours, but a little more sweetness than you would expect in a pils. |

Paulaner Original Münchner Leicht | 3.2% | 7.7º | Pils.
Paulaner Original Münchner Hell | 4.9% | 11.5º | Pale lager - Helles. Vanilla and cardboard aroma; sweetish/bitterish taste with hop, fruit and margarine aromas; woody bitter finish. Has a slight hop-extract offtaste and a generally rough hop character. It tastes like they've been skimping on the raw materials. |
43 |
Paulaner Original Münchner Dunkel | 5.0% | 12.5º | Dark lager. Apple, rasin, caramel and malr aroma; neutral taste with caramel, apple and cream aromas; bitterish finish with toffee and smoke aromas. OK. Reasonable dark malt flavours, but a little pasteurised tasting. |
61 |
Paulaner Original Münchner Urtyp | 5.5% | 12.5º | Pale lager - Spezial. Basil and tea aroma, bitterish/sweetish taste with metal, basil and cardboard aromas, bitter finish with pepper and wood. A beer totally ruined by nasty, rough hop-extract flavours. |
48 |
Paulaner Original Münchner Märzen | 5.8% | 13.7º | Amber lager - Märzen.. Apple, raisin, malt and margerine aroma; sweetish/bitterish taste with apple and toffee aromas; bitter finish with butter, hop and fruit aromas. A reasonable fruity, bittersweet beer that is about right for the style. |
60 |
Paulaner Oktoberfestbier | 6.0% | 13.7º | Pale lager. Seasonal.
Paulaner Salvator | 7.5% | 18.3º | Dark bock. (Dark amber in colour.) Seasonal. Toffee and hop aroma; sweet/bitterish taste with toffee, caramel and hop aromas; bitterish finish with toffe, dates, cream and hop aromas. Not complex enough for its strength. Not really dark enough either. Disappointing. |
